At NSKY Fabrics, we aim to get your fabric to you safely and on time. Here's how shipping works.
Order processing time
- Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days of order confirmation.
- Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed the next business day.
Shipping time & delivery
- Once dispatched, delivery typically takes 3–7 business days, depending on your location.
- Metro cities: 3–5 business days
- Other regions: 5–7 business days
- Delivery timelines are estimates provided by our courier partners and may vary due to weather, regional restrictions, or courier delays beyond our control.
Shipping charges
- Shipping charges (if any) are calculated at checkout based on order value and delivery location.
Order tracking
- Once your order is shipped, you'll receive a tracking link via SMS/email/WhatsApp to monitor your delivery.
- Please inspect your package at the time of delivery, as any issues must be reported to us within 4 hours of delivery per our Refund & Return Policy.
Serviceable locations
